Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only workspaces you are authorized to access. Workspace administrators manage membership and permissions.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Relio the limited permission needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited messaging, malware, unauthorized access or attempts to disrupt other workspaces. Do not bypass technical limits or misuse third-party integrations.
AI and human review
AI results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them, especially for consequential decisions. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken in your workspace.
Payments and service changes
The pack and total displayed at checkout govern each purchase. Future price changes do not alter completed purchases. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability. No specific uptime commitment is included in this draft.
Suspension, closure and rights
Access may be restricted to address abuse or security risks. Account closure, data export and deletion procedures must be confirmed before these terms take effect. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
