Providers and AI processing
Hosting, payment and AI providers may process information needed for their services. AI features can send relevant workspace context to the configured provider. Confirm the provider list, data locations, transfer safeguards and training terms before adopting this policy.
Cookies and preferences
Relio uses a session cookie for sign-in and stores preferences such as language and appearance. Any analytics or advertising technologies must be disclosed separately if introduced.
Retention and security
The proposed approach is to retain information only as needed for the disclosed purposes and legal obligations, with access limited to authorized parties. Exact retention and backup deletion periods must be specified; no fixed deletion deadline is promised here.
Your privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction or destruction of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Identity verification may be necessary. A monitored privacy contact and complaint process must be supplied before publication.
