Usage-based AI credits
Relio uses credit packs for AI actions. Active packs and USD prices are available in your workspace under Settings → Credits. The examples below are suggested launch packs based on the documented credit model, not live offers.
What uses credits?
Ask Relio, AI evaluations, manual re-evaluations and AI decisions in Flows have individual credit rates. Usage depends on the actions you run, so check the current rates before starting a large batch.
How charging works
Credits are reserved before an AI action runs and charged when it delivers a result. Failed calls release their reserved credits. Search and reused AI answers do not incur a new AI credit charge.
Personal and workspace balances
Relio distinguishes personal and shared workspace balances. Workspace administrators can manage usage limits. Available balance, usage limits and AI availability can affect whether an action runs.
Packs, currency and tax
Credit packs are priced in USD. A pack may include bonus credits. Review the payment provider’s final total, including any configured tax, before paying. The checkout retains the pack terms recorded when it was created.
Expiry and refunds
Credits may expire under the configured expiry rules. A verified payment refund reverses the corresponding credits; a refund can reduce the balance below zero when credits have already been spent. Refund eligibility and timeframes have not yet been published.
